We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Quality Assurance Team!

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for making certain that we “do what we say we will do” by ensuring our finance contracts adhere to policy requirements as well as Customer preferences, program requirements and document terms.  The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Documentation function, policies and procedures, with an eye for detail and a passion for our team members’ and Customers’ success.  The QA Specialist is responsible for completing pre-book and post-book quality checks, as well as trending, reporting and communicating results and recommendations to the Documentation leadership team.

 

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll:

  • Play a Critical Role! Maintain a positive attitude and approach to frontline team members when communicating and working through quality issues.
  • Be Empowered! You will gain confidence and be empowered to make decisions regarding transactions that will be mutually beneficial to GreatAmerica and our customers.
  • Be a Vital Resource! As part of the quality check process, provide knee to knee training when issues are uncovered and warrant a refresher on policies/procedures or a fresh approach to a unique issue.

 

  • Be a Culture Champion! Aid frontline team members in understanding quality issues detected and how to address them moving forward.

 

  • Be a Bridge Builder! Build and maintain strong working relationships with peer leaders across functions, including but not limited to, Sales Support, Credit and Contract Management.

 

  • Be Knowledgeable! Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Documentation processes and systems

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • To be a critical thinker and a creative problem solver; resiliently tackling challenges or obstacles when they arise.
  • To be task-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing situations with accuracy, efficiency and a solution-oriented mind-set
  • Mathematical skills
  • Proven organization and time-management skills
  • An Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Documentation or a related field preferred.

**There is overtime involved at the end of each month**
