Position Summary
This position is someone that others (i.e. Contract Management team members, other GA teams, dealers, etc) go to for problem solving or for assistance with more complex situations. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams (Docs, Funding, Sales, etc) to ensure that the Contract Management Team is providing excellent service and delivering on its commitments. This position thinks outside the box while keeping the big picture in mind. Essential Functions - Takes inbound calls and emails from our customers and provides timely and accurate support
- Process Supplements, Amendments and possibly Rebooks, Renewals and Transfer & Assumptions to support all complex billing requirements
- Assist our customers with reconciliation questions related to pass thru money
- Has an understanding on the remittance process and is capable of research inquiries
- Audit contract changes made by other team members to ensure billing accuracy
- Understands the data warehouse and can use the data to provide meaningful reports to our customers
- Works towards developing a broad knowledge of all business units to better service all contract types
- Proactive in bringing solutions to both internal and external customers
- Proactively search out areas for continual improvement and efficiency
- Knowledge of InfoLease and Salesforce preferred, but not required
- Be a role model for the other team members

Education: A two or four year college degree preferred, but not required Experience: 2+ years of leasing/business experience is desired Skills and Abilities Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows desktop environment (keyboard shortcuts, Windows Explorer, folder structures, file navigation, etc).
