To support this, we seek an energetic, collaborative, and creative leader who is focused on ensuring delivery excellence through partnerships across the enterprise. We’re seeking a leader with demonstrated sound business judgment, who can liaise with leaders and SMEs to facilitate outcomes, and who can drive change associated to best practices through the Enterprise Technology Group organization. Responsibilities Our goal is to ensure alignment with corporate frameworks and practices, ensuring effective oversight of key activities. As a member of the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) leadership team, this role will partner with key Technology, Product, Finance, Vendor Risk, Audit, and Compliance leaders and SMEs. This individual must implement and evangelize frameworks essential in governing technology and associated risks, and prioritize all activities in alignment with company and group goals. The Director of Technology Governance will be immediately accountable for the following services: Position Requirements Knowledge & Experience - 10+ years relevant work experience in governance roles
- Bachelors degree required; advanced business degree preferred
- Working knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO, ITIL frameworks
- Certifications in information systems audit, risk management, and/or IT governance preferred
- High level understanding of systems architecture
- Working knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow preferred
- Demonstrated facilitation and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multiple services and cross-enterprise activities
