Digital Technology - Director, Salesforce CoE (Cedar Rapids, IA)
Position Summary

This role will be accountable to deliver and support well-adopted, mature and sustainable Salesforce ecosystem and talents that enable GreatAmerica’s employees and customer.

Essential Functions

Enable thought leadership and continuous improvement of Salesforce Ecosystem
Establish Salesforce Center of Enablement (CoE) and lead the team to deliver outcome using accelerating agile delivery model
Implement organization-wide strategy that governs new developments and roll out in Salesforce ecosystem
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and digital teams to drive to key business outcomes
Collaborate with Product teams on supporting and executing product roadmaps
Lead the establishment and rollout of standards and best practices for Salesforce Ecosystem
Provide oversight and guidance on Salesforce ecosystem architecture
Lead the effort to enable adoption of Salesforce platform, training and gather feedback from user community 
Lead Salesforce team to implement standardized and reusable assets
Define KPI’s for and execute on platform usage and business values delivered
Responsible for optimization of investment in the Salesforce ecosystem
Hire, develop and retain talent and scale the team to support sustainable and successful deployment of Salesforce ecosystem in the organization
Own the relationship with Salesforce and responsible for Salesforce ecosystem related contracts and engagements
Engage with Salesforce customer success manager and product teams to proactively seek platform features to continuously optimize the investment in the ecosystem for GreatAmerica 
Live the GreatAmerica principles; involved in cross functional team efforts as required and assigned.
Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines
Perform additional duties as required
Position Qualifications

BS required, MS preferred in Computer Science, Information Management or a related study, or equivalent experience
15+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Platform
10+ years of leadership experience
Advanced knowledge and proven experience in Salesforce architecture, multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Revenue Cloud)and features, managed and unmanaged packages, accelerators, Salesforce integrations, connectors, MuleSoft, Data migration and validation, and other Salesforce capabilities
5+ years of establishing and leading the team to achieve proven results with agile delivery framework
8+ years of establishing and/or leading Salesforce CoE 
8+ years of working with user and citizen developers’ communities in an organization to establish best practices and increased adoption of the Salesforce ecosystem
Salesforce certifications preferred
Prior experience leading large multi-million dollar Salesforce programs 
Financial Services Industry experience preferred
