Finance Administration - Imaging Specialist (Cedar Rapids, IA)

We are seeking a top-notch Imaging Specialist to serve in an integral role within our finance administration team. You’ll work closely with our core and business support teams to accurately and efficiently image and organize GreatAmerica source documents.

As an Imaging Specialist, you’ll:

  • Play a Critical Role! Accurately, properly organizing, and storing dealer and lease documents are essential functions at GreatAmerica. You’ll help prepare, pull, store, and transport completed files between to various storage facilities.
  • Use Your Expert Organization Skills! Image a variety of documents including: miscellaneous originals, amendments, collections, legal and other documents as the scope of imaging broadens. You will also stamp, pull, store, segregate and properly re-file original documents for storage, lease disposal, and securitization. Manage and maintain electronic contracts within each of our electronic vaults housed within eOriginal.
  • See the Impact of Your Work! Take pride in accurately and efficiently imaging GreatAmerica source documents so that all employees have electronic access to dealer and lease files. Work independently as you account for, organize, and segregate GreatAmerica’s original lease documents.
  • Be a Culture Champion! Properly handle and manage GreatAmerica’s documents for easy and efficient retrieval and you will have had a hand in helping our team members provide exceptional customer experiences when our documents are needed.
  • Have Leadership and Team Support! Work in a team-based solution oriented environment. You will interact with team members from multiple functions within the business including Finance, Treasury, Business Support, Account Support, Documentation and Leadership; all working together to support our mission of helping our customers achieve greater success!

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Concentration and patience as you complete repetitive tasks
  • Prior imaging or indexing experience in financial services-leasing or equivalent desired, but not required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
