About this position:

Do you enjoy problem-solving?  Do you enjoy being accurate and thorough in your work?  As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will apply lease payments quickly and accurately to ensure accurate invoicing, delinquency reporting, timely late charge posting and to promote strong dealer relationships. 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Apply payments received by various methods in conjunction with lease contracts 
    • Including: Lockbox, ACH, Wire, Online Pays, Phone Pays, Credit Cards, and Live with Invoices and buyouts to returns (BTR’s)
  • Assist with daily reconciliation to ensure applications are complete and accurate.
    • Daily Balancing Tuesday- Friday
    • Process return payments
  • Work with Account Support and other teams/functions on requests of payment reapplications and research requests
Lives the GreatAmerica principles; involved in cross functional team efforts as required and assigned.

Education, experience and skills required:

For this position you must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  An Associate’s degree is a plus.  One to three years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a ten-key calculator is required.  We are seeking a strong team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
