About this position:


Our Account Manager Sales professionals within our Healthcare division are critical to our mission of helping our customers achieve greater success. They have exceptional listening skills and use this ability to tie GreatAmerica solutions to business needs. As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell creative financing programs to business owners in the Healthcare industry. This will include bring on net new opportunities, but the primary focus is to cultivate and grow existing GreatAmerica relationships to increase their leasing volume. You must be able to successfully use consultative selling methods and you will be accountable for achieving sales volume goals in your territory. You will work collaboratively with a team to drive success in your territory, including individuals from sales, collections, account support, documentation and credit. Specific job duties will involve:


  • Contribute to stated monthly and yearly funded volume goals for assigned accounts by executing on daily/weekly outbound activity driven by phone calls, emails, webinars, tradeshows, travel to accounts, etc.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement programs that complement the accounts’ strategic initiatives and increase GreatAmerica finance volume, while increasing sales success of the accounts.
  • Working with key accounts to manage relationships, map account contacts, look for new sales opportunities and secure existing business.
  • Implement sales rep and sales management training programs to ensure a finance alternative is part of every sales proposal.
  • Become involved with the accounts’ marketing departments to ensure financing is part of all promotional and communication pieces.
  • Actively develop industry expertise in order to represent the highest industry standards and unyielding dedication to GreatAmerica’s customers.
  • Actively develops skills that will enhance the ability to sell GreatAmerica value and overcome objections.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and leverage leadership to ensure sales goals are met and customer satisfaction levels are high.
  • Participate in on-site customer visits and off-site customer events as needed.
Position Qualifications


To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Strong business acumen to quickly build trust with business owners.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience with account management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to sell value by helping customers envision how GreatAmerica programs can save them money and/or increase productivity.
  • Proven ability to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses, and an interest in learning about ways to add value to an evolving industry.
  • Excellent communication, account management, relationship management, working autonomously, and time management skills.
