This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions for a wide variety of business needs. A successful candidate will effectively translate user requirements into usable software.

For this position: Creative, Detail-Oriented, Goal-Oriented, Systems Analysis, and Technical Aptitude


Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience.


Experience: Require basic knowledge in object-oriented principals, application design, usability, validation and error handling, Service-based architecture (WCF, Mulesoft, or similar), Programming languages such as C# or Java; Salesforce platform experience and development preferred. Must be familiar with web environments, .NET or Java IDE; Basic level knowledge in database related work such as simple data model design, development (SQL query such as select, Insert, Update, Delete, Distinct, Join, basic stored procedures, and other technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, etc. Have basic knowledge of QA testing such as building and running unit tests; Be able to follow architectural elements, best practices, standards, policies and procedures and be able to read and use the system design artifacts such as flowcharts, wireframes, data models, etc.



Preferred: 2 years of practical work experience; Experience with creating flow charts, wireframes and/or other system design artifacts. Knowledge/familiarity with agile development.



Other Computer Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite


Other Requirements: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical acumen paired with the interpersonal skills necessary for frequent client interaction. The Programmer Analyst will work directly with new clients to onboard them on a primary line of business application. They may also work with clients to facilitate ongoing systems change requests.
