Position Summary

 

To image GreatAmerica source documents so that all employees have electronic access to dealer/lease files; and to account for, organize and segregate GreatAmerica’s original lease documents, as necessary.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Prepare and image dealer and lease files into OnBase.
  • Transport completed files to various storage facilities
  • Image miscellaneous originals, amendments, collection, legal and other documents as the scope of imaging broadens
  • Stamp and file original lease documents
  • Pull and store disposed lease documents
  • Pull, stamp, segregate and properly re-file leases for securitization
  • Other duties as assigned
