About this position:


GreatAmerica is seeking a detail oriented individual to join our growing team as a Credit Support Specialist.  You will take on the challenge of facilitating efficient credit approval for financing transaction within an assigned auto-approval authority, while maintaining compliance with our policies. In this position, you will facilitate the auto-approval credit process by obtaining appropriate credit reports and supporting documentation as required.


As a Credit Support Specialist, you must possess an excellent attention to detail and have the ability to process information quickly within a similar process.  If you possess strong organizational skills and have the focused ability to concentrate on the task at hand this position is for you!

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate GreatAmerica’s auto-approval credit process by obtaining appropriate credit reports and supporting documentation as required
  • Ensure auto-approved transactions are processed within prescribed time frames and established policies
  • Communicate decisions or requests for additional information  to appropriate parties
  • Participate in other credit related projects as assigned
  • Participate in internal training classes as required
  • Live the GreatAmerica principles and perform other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications

Education, experience and skills required:


For this position you must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  An Associate’s degree in a business, economics or a related field is preferred.  No previous work experience is required.
