Education, experience and skills required:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. A CPA or MBA is a plus. 5-7 years of finance and accounting experience in providing business advice and analyzing business performance is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. You must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role will likely include periodic large project oriented demands with tight deadlines requiring more than standard work hours and the need to respond quickly. We are seeking a creative team-player who takes initiative and responds well to challenges.
