Position Summary

 

Accountable for helping sales representatives maintain and grow sales finance volume with existing and new GreatAmerica dealers. Maintains direct working relationships within the territory, supporting all aspects of the sales process.  Accountable for delivering the GreatAmerica Experience through the credit application process, imaging of documents and other dealer requests as needed. Hours for this role will be 8:30 - 5:30 CST.

 

Essential Functions

  • Support dealer business by creating agreements, researching accounts, following-up on missing or incorrect information, etc.
  • Communicate credit decisions to dealers with appropriate finance paperwork.
  • Compute upgrade/buyout quotes and communicate them to dealers, as needed; structure recast transactions.
  • Manage dealer program information, including rate cards.
  • General knowledge of GreatAmerica’s non-financed related services.
  • Maintains direct working relationship with existing dealer base to support current and future business needs.
  • Have a high level of knowledge of all front end functions to provide support for the dealers.
  • Lives the GreatAmerica principles; involved in cross-functional team efforts as required.

 

Daily Expectations

  • Take incoming calls and review e-mails to assist with dealer requests.
  • Enter credit applications.
  • Ability to price equipment within guidelines and calculate rate quotes (co-term, blended, etc.)
  • Image incoming documents and identify missing/incorrect paperwork; obtain approvals for transaction exceptions ahead of booking.

Experience: 1 year of job related experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.  Ability to type at least 60 words per minute is also a plus.

           

Other Requirements: Must possess strong organizational and follow-through skills, multi-task, be able to handle detailed work, and foster relationships.  Ability to work in a team environment.  Must possess mathematical aptitude.  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be customer service focused.  Candidate needs to be solution driven and focused on delivering The GreatAmerica Experience.
